Customer Service
Our friendly customer services team can be reached six days a week by email and telephone. They are open Tuesday – Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm to answer any queries and take orders over the phone.

Our FAQ answers some of our most commonly asked questions. If you do not find the answer you are looking for, do not hesitate to contact us.
You can find our showroom at 107 Dorset Street Upper, Dorset Point, Dublin 1, D01 R2E4 and online at www.woodesign.ie. Please note that we primarily trade online, and most of our items are available for pre-order with lead times.
The lead time varies from brand to brand. Please check the Delivery & Return tab on each product page. The lead time displayed on the product page is an estimated one, once the item is in stock with our supplier. If an item you ordered is not available, we will contact you within 3 working days to update you on the status of your order.
If you have changed your mind about an online purchase, you have 14 days from the day you received your order to return it. For more details, please visit our Return Policy page.
The shipping cost depends on the weight of the order and the county in which you live. The delivery charge varies from €9 for small items like home decor to €79 for heavy, oversized items that require extra care.
The system allows you to Click & Collect only for small home decor pieces. Your order can be collected from our warehouse at 52 Premier Business Park, Ballycoolin Road, Dublin 11, D11 HR26 within our opening hours: Wednesday-Thursday by appointment and Saturday between 10 AM and 3 PM.
Our shworoom opening hours are Tuesday-Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM.
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as you place your order with WOO Design, including the lead time provided on the product page. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number, or we will contact you directly before delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone. However, we can create an order for you and send you the proforma invoice along with the payment link.
Any faulty or damaged product should be reported to us as soon as possible after delivery, and no later than 48 hours after receiving the order, by emailing claims@woodesign.ie. Please note that this does not apply to made-to-order products, which must be inspected at the time of delivery in the presence of the driver.
