A bio-fireplace does not require any fixed chimney installation, which makes its installation very simple and quick. It will take you literally several minutes. The only thing you need to do is to join several elements together and put the bio-container in the designated place. Dividing the bio-fireplace into assembly parts allows you to send it in a parcel, which at the same time results in your savings and lower shipping costs.

You only need a moment to enjoy the warmth and view of the fire. Pour the biofuel to the level marked in the container, set the fire and you're done!

Importantly, you can extinguish the flame at any time.

We deliver great design across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Depending on the order's size and the delivery location, items will be shipped either by courier or via our trusted third-party delivery partners. Delivery is to the first accessible door.

Delivery Time

If a lead time is indicated, your order will not be shipped immediately and is expected to be delivered within approximately 6 weeks.
If an item is in stock, we guarantee delivery within 5 working days. For furniture and fragile items, delivery is usually within 10 working days.

Returns

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to complete our Return Form. Returns are accepted as long as the item is in resalable, “as new” condition, unassembled, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You are responsible for all delivery and return costs.
