The Kairo collection draws inspiration from the Japanese art of haiku – short poetic verses that capture the beauty of fleeting moments, emotions and the rhythm of nature in just a few words. Much like a haiku, each piece in the collection embraces simplicity, balance and a focus on what truly matters. The philosophy behind the collection is reflected in the classic poem by Edo-period poet Mizuta Masahide:
"Barn's burnt down. Now I can see the moon."
