Features

Ceramic splints for bio-fireplaces are an excellent decoration, both for hanging and standing bio-fireplaces. Their appearance imitates various types of trees, in this case, birch. They are resistant to high temperatures because they are present near a bio-fireplace, close to the fire.

Decorative elements should not block the burner. Placing decorations in flames can affect the formation of soot. Do not touch the decoration until it cooled down, at least 30 minutes after switching off the burner. For safety reasons, do not use any decorative materials other than the adapted accessories.

We deliver great design across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Your order will be shipped via courier or our dedicated third-party delivery service, depending on the size and location of your order. Delivery is to the first door.

In-stock standard items that can be delivered by DPD are typically dispatched within 5 working days from the time you place your order. For oversized, fragile, or bulky items, we aim to deliver within 10 working days.

Items with lead time are usually delivered within 6 weeks unless out of stock with supplier. We will always contact you to inform you of the status of unavailable items.

Returns

If you have changed your mind about an online purchase, you have 14 days from the day you received your order to inform us of your intention to return your purchase.

The Goods are in a saleable condition as new (i.e. the Goods are in their original packaging and not used); unassembled and boxed as they arrived. You pay for all costs of delivery and return of the Goods.
