Allow the carpet to dry thoroughly before using it again. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading. Storage: in winter or when not in use for a long time, store the rug in a dry and clean place to prevent mould.

If an item is in stock, we guarantee delivery within 5 working days. For furniture and fragile items, delivery is usually within 10 working days.

Returns
If you change your mind about an online purchase, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to complete our Return Form. Returns are accepted as long as the item is in resalable, “as new” condition, unassembled, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You are responsible for all delivery and return costs.
